摘要
地下空间及地下构筑物由于其特殊的空间位置和结构,在地震中具备抗震优势,但同时也存在逃生救援难度大、恢复重建复杂度高等一些难题。信息技术在地下地理空间、抗震预测预警、设施管理与服务等方面的应用,为实现地下空间精确管理、提高地震预测预警水平、快速掌握灾情、迅速开展施救,以及科学规划灾后重建提供了一条有效途径。
Underground space and underground structures possess aseismatic advantages during earthquakes due to their special space location and structure, but for them at the same time there exist difficulties for people to escape and to rescue, to rebuild them along with other problems. Application of information technology to underground space geography, earthquake forecast, earthquake early warning, facilities management and services etc. provides an effective way for precise management of underground space, raising the level of earthquake prediction, early warning, rapid grasp of the disaster, in-time carrying out rescue as well as scientifically planning post-disaster reconstruction.
