摘要
摆线针轮减速机是一种应用广泛的传动机构,传动误差是与其使用性能有关的重要指标。理论分析证明,传动误差是针轮、摆线轮及转臂等的加工尺寸和装配尺寸的函数。针齿半径的变化对减速机传动误差的影响最大,其次为转臂偏心量,针轮直径影响最小。此外,摆线针轮减速机传动误差的研究将给振动研究中的误差激励打下基础。
Cycloid speed redueer is a midely used transmission mechanism,its transmission error is an important target concerned mith its properties in practice.Theoretical analysis proued that the transmission error can he described as a function of onachining sige and assemble di- mension of pin-wheel,cgcloid-wheel and turn-arm etc.The variation of the pin's radius would have a largest inference to the transmission error of redueer,then is the turn-arm's tric eccentric and the pin-wheel's dimension least.Besides the study of transmission error of reducer would make a fundation on the study of error excite of vibration.
