摘要
研究了Al≥27%的四种高Al锌基合金的组织和性能。由XRD衍射表明:高Al锌基合金的组织由α相、η相及ε相组成,随Al含量的提高,α相、η相细化,其中ZA40合金的抗拉强度及硬度最高,摩擦力矩、摩擦系数最小,在载荷800N和1100N下其耐磨性比ZA27分别提高了36.5%和69.2%。
The microstructure and properties of four kinds of high aluminum zinc-based alloys in which AI content is than or equal to 27 % are investigated. The XRD results showed that the microstructure of high aluminum zinc-based alloy was α-phase,η- phase and ε-phase. The α-phase and η-phase were refined with the increasing Al content. ZA40 alloy had the highest strength, hardness and toughness, and the lowest friction moment and friction coefficient. Compared to ZA27, the wear-resistance of ZA40 increased 36.5 % and 69.2 % under the loads of 800 N and 1100 N respectively.
