摘要
为克服传统评价方法的不足,本文在分析干线公路过境规划影响因素的基础上,提出了规划方案的多目标、多级模糊综合评判方法。该方法通过运用层次分析法(AHP)建立评价指标体系;运用模糊统计法和定量分析法相结合,确定各评价指标的隶属度;运用频数统计法确定评价指标的权重。江苏省某县级市干线公路过境规划评价结果表明,该方法可客观地给出反映过境公路实际情况的量化指标,能够对干线公路规划方案作出合理的定性评价。
In order to overcome the shortage existed in the evaluation measures, a kind of multi-object and multi-level fuzzy model for comprehensive assessing is proposed in this paper, based on analyzing the various factors impacting on the through route planning of arterial highways.
