摘要
以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺/异丙醇为溶剂,采用高压静电纺丝技术制备了EVOH—g-nSPEG无纺布.考察了混合溶剂配比、纺丝液浓度、电压、板间距等因素对产物的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析研究了薄膜的微观形貌,用电子万能试验机测定了其拉伸性能,最终获得了EVOH—g-nSPEG的较佳制备工艺.结果表明,当纺丝液复合溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺/异丙醇配比为8/2,纺丝液浓度为18%(w/v)且电压和板间距在一定范围内时制得的EVOH—g—nSPEG无纺布的力学性能良好,其拉伸强度均介于11.4—12.3MPa.
The poly ( ethylene co-vinyl-alcohol) (EVOH) non-wovens were prepared by electrospinning with mixed spinning solvents of N, N-dimethylformamide and iso-propanol. The ratio of mixed solventsthe, concentration of spinning liquid, spinning voltage and capillary-screen distance were studied. The micro-morphology of the nonwovens was analyzed by SEM. Its tensile properties was determined by electronic universal testing machine, and the better preparation technology was obtained. The results indicate that the EVOH non-wovensmembrane with high mechanical properties could be obtained when the ratio of N, N-dimethylformamide to iso-propanol was 8/2 ( v/v), the solution concentration was 18 % (w/v) and voltage and C-SD were in a certain range. The mechanical properties of the non-wovens was 11.4 - 12. 3MPa.
