摘要
分析了无缝钢管穿孔顶头的失效机制和材质改进状况,穿孔顶头的失效机制主要表现为塌鼻、粘钢和开裂等。经对H13钢穿孔顶头进行稀土铝合金化的实验研究,结果表明,稀土铝合金化可以明显地改善H13钢穿孔顶头的铸造性能,消除中心缩孔现象,细化晶粒和碳化物,降低S,P含量。穿管试验表明,H13钢稀土铝合金化穿孔顶头的使用寿命比H13钢穿孔顶头提高了40%。
Analyzed in the paper are the inactivation mechanism and the improvement of the matetial of the piercing plug. The said inactivation mechanism involves nose-flattening, steel pickup and cracking. Experimental research of rare earth aluminium alloying was conducted with the H13 Steel piercing plug. The experiment result shows that rare earth aluminium alloying can provides the plug such advantages as considerably improved castibility, elimination of the central porosity, fine grains and carbides as well as reduction of contents of S and P. Trial piercing operation has proven- that service life of the said H13 St. rare earth aluminium alloyed piercing plug is 40% longer than that of the H13 St. piercing plug.
