摘要
提出了草酸钴真空热分解制取钴粉的方案及新生钴粉的钝化处理方法。真空热分解法制取钴粉的效率高、成本低,并且便于钝化处理。考察了真空热分解条件(温度、时间、草酸钴粒度等)对产物钴粉粒度和氧含量的影响。结果表明,升高温度、延长时间能使制取的钴粉粒度增大、氧含量降低;细粒草酸钴要在适当分解条件下才能制出细颗粒钴粉。还从使用添加剂(增加钴粉本身致密度)和钝化处理(减轻钴粉表面氧化)两方面探讨了降低钴粉氧含量的效果,表明制草酸钴时添加添加剂A及对钴粉进行钝化处理都可使钴粉的氧含量降低。
Cobalt powder is used as main binder in cemented carbide production. A proposal for producing cobalt powder by vacuum pyrolytic decomposition and passivation treatment of obtained powder was introduced, which has advantages of high efficiency, low production cost and convenience for passivation treatment. The influences of vacuum decomposition conditions (temperature, time and particle size of cobalt oxalate) on the particle size and oxygen content of cobalt powder were tested. The result showed that the particle size of cobalt powder increases and the oxygen content decreases with increase of temperature and dwell time. Fine cobalt powder can be obtained by using fine cobalt oxalate as precursor in combination with properly chosen decomposition conditions. The effect of additive and passivation treatment on reducing oxygen content of cobalt powder was also discussed. Adding reagent A in preparation of cobalt oxalate and passivation treatment can reduce the oxygen content of cobalt powder.
