摘要
‘满天红’梨由‘火把梨’与‘幸水’梨杂交育成,在郑州地区9月下旬成熟,果实近圆形,单果质量280g,阳面鲜红色,肉质酥脆,汁多,味酸甜,石细胞少,可溶性固形物含量14.5%~15.5%,总糖含量9.45%,总酸含量0.40%,维生素C含量0.0327mg.g-1,品质上等,早果,丰产,耐贮运。
' Mantianhong' is a new pear cultivar which derived from the cross ' Huobali' x ' Kosui'. Fruits mature in the late September in Zhengzhou. The fruit is red, large and weighing around 280 g, The flesh is fine, juicy, crisp, sweet-tart with little stone cell. The soluble solids content is 14.5% - 15.5% , the total sugar content is 9.45%, The titratable acid content is 0. 40% and the vitamin C content is 0. 0327 mg· g^-1 . It bears early, has high and stable yield, long shelf life, and resistance to adverse condition, diseases and pests.
