摘要
[目的]研究苯磺酸对后茬水稻的敏感性。[方法]用水培和土培生物测定法,分别研究了不同水稻品种对麦田除草剂苯磺隆的敏感性差异。[结果]结果表明,苯磺隆对3个水稻品种的生长发育都有不同程度的抑制作用,且杂交稻、糯稻和粳稻3种水稻品种对苯磺隆的敏感性也存在着较大的差异。其中,糯稻的敏感性最高。水培条件下,苯磺隆浓度为3.79 ng/ml时糯稻胚芽的生长就会受到10%的抑制作用;土培条件下,苯磺隆对糯稻的致害阈限(IC10)为2.96 ng/ml。[结论]在3个水稻品种中,粳稻的敏感性最低。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the sensitivity of tribenuron-naethyl to the subsequently planted rice. [ Method] The influences of tribenuron-methyl on the growth of rice varieties were measured by water culture bioassay method and soil culture bioassay method. [ Result ]The results showed that tribenuron-methyl had different degree of inhibition on the growth and development of the different kinds of rice varieties,and hybrid rice, glutinons rice and japonica rice had great differences to the sensitivity of tribenuron-methyl. The sensitivity of glutinous rice was the highest. In the water culture condition, when tribenuron-methyl' s residual concentration was 3.79 mg/ml, the growth of glutinous rice embryo would be inhibited by 10%. In the soil culture condition, the vindence threshold(IC10) of tribenuron-methyl to glutinous rice was 2.96 ng/ml. [ Conclusion ] The sensitivity of japonica rice was the lowest in the 3 rice varieties in the research.
