摘要
48根尸体股骨干做成Evans侣Ⅰ型转子间骨折,用三枚平行斯氏针、麦氏鹅头三翼钉、Richards钉及双颈滑动加压鹅头钉固定,做一次性加载试验和抗旋转试验。结果表明:双颈滑动加压鹅头钉的生物力学性能可靠,临床效果十分理想。作者认为:双颈滑动加压鹅头钉在治疗转子间骨折时比其它固定物更加牢固,且具有显著的抗旋转能力,符合股骨近端的生物力学特点,操作简单,便于推广。
We created stable intertrochanteric fractures (Evans I type) with fixation of the three parallel Steinmann' s pins, the McLaughlin nail, the Richards screw and the double neck sliding compression screw in forty-eight cadvaveric femur specimens. Vertical compressive loads and anti - spiral loads could be applied by Multi - compression Test Machine. The results showed that: the average loads and the anti - rotation strength of the double neck sliding compressive screw was significantly superior to that of the Richads screw, the three parallel Steinmann' s pins and the McLaughlin nail. The authors believed: the double neck sliding compressive screw was significantly stronger than the others and its strength or anti - rotation property was good enough to accord with the biomechanical characteristic of proximal femur.
