摘要
采用重铬酸钾测定印染污水的COD值,建立了快速消解分光光度法测定印染污水COD值的方法,用完全因子设计法对测试方法的各项参数进行了选择优化,并检验了该测试方法的精密度和准确度。结果表明,在COD值100~1000mg/L范围内,该测试方法具有很好的线性关系,相关系数达0.9997,具有较高的精密度和准确度。
A new method for determination of COD content in dyeing effluents was developed by adding excessive potassium dichromate to dyeing effluents followed by fast digestion and spectrophotometric measuring. Running parameters of this method were defined by full factorial design experiments, precision and accuracy of this method were examined. Results showed that if COD value in dyeing effluents was in the range from 100 mg/L to 1000 mg/L, this method would feature good linear relationship with correlation coefficient 0.999 7, high precision and accuracy.
