摘要 研究了pH值、分散剂柠檬酸铵添加量、固相含量对Al2O3料浆流变性能的影响。结果表明:当pH为9-10时,当分散剂柠檬酸铵添加量为2wt%时,所制备的Al2O3料浆粘度最低,该料浆流动性能最佳。同时,料浆粘度会随料浆固相含量增加而增加。 Effects of pH value, mass fraction of tribasic ammonium citrate as dispersant and solid mass fraction on the theological properties of the Al2O3 slurry are investigated. The results show that the low viscosity, the low shear stress and the best rheological properties for the Al2O3 slurry can be obtained when the pH value is 9.0-10.0 and the mass fraction of dispersant is 2.0wt%. The viscosity and the shear stress of the slurry increase with increasing of the solid mass fraction.
