TCD诊断蛛网膜下腔出血迟发脑血管痉挛的新进展 被引量:15

摘要 经颅超声多普勒(TCD)早已用于蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛的早期诊断。本文综述了近年来国外文献关于TCD诊断脑血管痉挛的标准、新方法,以及SAH后高流速的判断等方面的新进展。
