全磁屏蔽型环保空芯电抗器

摘要 为了消除电磁污染,改善应用场所的环保问题,确定研究开发电气化铁道环保型全磁屏蔽空芯电抗器。研制过程中采用了模拟对比试验的方法,通过对多种材质、多种结构形式,不同材质组合磁屏蔽体应用效果的试验分析,最后确定采用优质晶粒取向硅钢片材料制作全磁屏蔽体,研制成功了油浸式全磁屏蔽空芯电抗器,有效地解决了高压电气产品普遍存在的电磁辐射和电磁污染问题。 For solving the problems generally incurred in railway electric products to emit magnetic pollution, and to improve the natural application environment, a research program was initiated for an environment - friendly and flail magnetic shielded hollow reactor applied to electric railway. The test and research have resulted in oil- immerged full magnetic shielded hollow reactor by means of test on different materials, different structure forms, and different combinations of various materials.Due to the above test analysis, the environment- friendly and full magnetic shielded hollow reactor has been manufactured. The product can eliminate the magnetic radiation and pollution of the high voltage electrical apparatus.
