摘要
对中外职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养机制进行比较,结果显示,对足球后备人材培养中外足球俱乐部存在较大差距,国外俱乐部具有多种后备人才选拔方式、较科学的训练机制、较多样的竞赛类型和较多的比赛场次,切实加强年轻球员的文化教育,为年青球员寻求多层次的出路;而我国俱乐部运动员选拔面、训练不够科学,对球员的文化教育不够重视,可供球员选择的出路不多。这些问题制约了我国职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养的质量。
The authors compared backup talent cultivation mechanisms of professional football clubs in China and foreign countries, and revealed the following findings： there is a big difference in such mechanisms between professional football clubs in China and foreign countries - foreign clubs have multiple ways for backup talent selection, more scientific training mechanisms, more diversified competition types, more game times, genuinely strengthened cultural education for young players, and multiple ways out for players, while clubs in China have fewer ways for player selection, less scientific training, fewer competition types, fewer game times, insufficient concern about cultural education for players, fewer ways out for players to choose from, and these problems have restricted the quality of backup talent cultivation carried out by profession football clubs in China.
