摘要
锥形量热仪(CONE)被公认为是测量材料对火反应特性或燃烧特性的最好技术手段,可测量多种火灾相关参数。它的燃烧环境极相似于真实的燃烧环境,其试验结果与大型燃烧测试结果之间存在很好的相关性,能够表征出材料的燃烧性能,是新一代的聚合物材料燃烧性能测定仪。为分析CONE在火灾科学研究中的应用情况,主要介绍了其结构和原理,并分析了CONE在材料的燃烧性能研究、阻燃材料性能的研究和火灾模型化的研究三个领域中的应用现状,表明CONE在室内装修材料、矿井火灾、塑料、木材等领域具有广阔的应用前景,且其对材料的阻燃机理、材料燃烧危险等级划分、评价烟和毒气释放、评价材料的燃烧型和阻燃性等的研究有很大帮助。最后探讨了CONE未来发展方向。
Cone calorimeter (CONE) is internationally regarded as the best technology to measure the reaction and combustion characteristics. CONE, made by polymer material, is a new generation apparatus to measure combustibility. Combustion condition of CONE is similar to the one of actual situation which guarantees the close relation with the large combustion experiment results showing the real combustion characters of different materials. The structure and principle of CONE were mainly introduced and its application status in fields of material combustion, flame retardant and fire model was particularly analyzed in this paper. The results show that the CONE will widely do great contribution in fitment material, mine fire, plastic, wood and so on; it also will do help to the investigation of poison gas and trend of CONE flame retarding mechanism, grading of the combustion hazard, evaluating of the smoke, confirming of the combustibility and flame retardance. Future development was finally discussed.
