摘要
通过单因素试验,以菌丝体干重为指标,筛选出白灵菇深层发酵培养基的最佳碳源、氮源、无机盐、生长因子分别是玉米淀粉、麸皮、KCl、复合维生素B(VB1+VB2+VB6);进而采用通过U8*表进行均匀设计试验得出各组分浓度与菌丝体干重的回归方程,得知菌丝体干重与玉米淀粉浓度的倒数、麸皮浓度呈正相关,与KCl、复合维生素B的浓度呈负相关,从而得出优化培养基为玉米淀粉1.6%、麸皮3.0%、KCl0.9%、VB12mg/100mL、VB22mg/100mL、VB62mg/100mL,并采用该优化培养基进行验证试验,结果均在理论产量的置信区间内。
The optimum liquid medium of submerged fermentation of Pleurotus ferulae was studied in this paper. It was found that corn starch, bran and KCl were optimal carbon source, nitrogen source and inorganic salt, respectively. The complex vitamin VB was used as growth factor. The optimum liquid medium composition was obtained by uniform design experiment as follows: corn starch 1.6%, bran 3%, KCl 0.9%, VB1 2 mg/100ml, VB2 2 mg/100ml and VB6 2 mg/100ml. Under these conditions, the maximum biomass ofP. ferulae was 2.656 g/100 ml.
