摘要 建立了1种利用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定黄酒中9种有机酸的方法。应用反相C18色谱柱(AgilentZorbaxSB-C18250×4.6mm),以0.08mol/LKH2PO4为流动相,紫外检测波长215nm,将黄酒中草酸、酒石酸、丙酮酸、苹果酸、α-酮戊二酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸一次性分离;并测定了国内市售的3种黄酒中的有机酸含量。除丙酮酸外各种有机酸的回收率>90%,变异系数<4%。该方法简便、快速、准确。 In the paper, reverse phase HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 9 organic acids in rice wine was developed. Oxalic, tartaric, pyruvic, malic, ketoglutaric, lactic, acetic, citric, and succime acids in rice wine were separated by using Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column, 0.08 mol/L KH2PO4 as mobile phase and detected by UV detector at 215 nm; The concentration of organic acids in 3 kinds of commercial rice wine were detected. The recovery of most organic acids were higher than 90% except pyruvic acid. Coefficients of variation were less than 4%.This method is a convenient, rapid and accurate way to determinate the organic acids in rice wine.
