摘要 采用金属陶瓷NX2525、YNG151、涂层金属陶瓷PV30、涂层硬质合金YBC251四种刀具分别切削球墨铸铁,根据测得的切削力数据,分析了刀具前刀面摩擦系数及其差异。实验和分析结果表明,与YNG151相比,NX2525的摩擦系数较小,但刀具的耐磨性较低,原因是后者材质中有较高的N含量;在高速情况下,PV30和YBC251的涂层都起到了较好的减摩作用,但是由于基体材料的耐磨性不同,PV30的刀具寿命更长。 In this paper, four kinds of inserts are used in the experiment of nodular cast iron turning, they are cermets YNG151 and NX2525, coated cermets PV30 and coated cemented carbide YBC251. The friction coefficients of the rake face for these inserts are calculated based on cutting forces and their differences are carefully analyzed. The results indicate that, due to the larger amount of N in NX2525 than that in YNG151, the former insert has lower friction coefficients but relatively worse wear resistance. In condition of high-speed turning, the coats on PV30 and YBC251 can reduce friction significantly. Due to their different substrates, PV30 has a longer life than YBC251.
