摘要
简述世界炉卷轧机的技术现状和发展趋势和世纪之交炉卷轧机的技术特点，认为在今后很长一段时期，炉卷轧机仍将是板带钢生产经济、适用的工艺设备。
This paper dealt with the current status and development trend of steckel mill techniques in the world,and the technical feature at the joint of the centuries are introduced.It is considered that,in years to come,steckel mill will still be a economical and appropriate equipment in the strip producing.
