地方保护和市场分割的测度与辨识——基于方法论的文献综述被引量：58

摘要地方保护和市场分割是地区性行政垄断的主要表现形式,测度与辨识地方保护和市场分割是打破地区性行政垄断、形成全国统一大市场和维护市场有序竞争重要一环。本文在对现有文献进行研究、归纳和整理的基础上,将测度与辨识地方保护和市场分割的实证分析方法归纳为生产法、贸易法、价格法、经济周期法和问卷调查法五种类型,并对这五种实证研究方法及其应用成果进行简要回顾和评述,为地方保护和市场分割实证分析方法的创新和形成方法论体系提供一个基础性的前期工作。
