摘要
为了补偿各种不同光源对光学显微镜造成的色差,提出了一种基于光学显微镜的数字图像白平衡方法,该方法根据光学显微数字图像系统光照不均匀的特点,将全局校正与逐点补色相结合。对不符合全局校正的像素点按该点实际曝光值进行调整,先由光源感光情况确定各点的校正系数,再对相同条件的数字图像进行逐点校正。实验表明该方法能够精确地实现显微数字图像的白平衡调整。
This paper proposes a method of white balance for digital image to compensate color difference caused by different light on optical microscope, it combines the overall correction with the point to point correction according to the characteristics of the uneven light source, then corrects the pixels by point to point correction method if the pixels do not conform with the overall situation. Point to point correction method is that it gets each point adjustment parameter by the actual light sense firstly, then adjusts the digital image point by point under the same light source. Experiments show that this method can achieve the precise white balance adjustment of microscopic image.
