摘要 验证了雪崩光电二极管(APD)探测电路由于大功率激光脉冲入射而出现脉冲响应饱和的实验现象。分析其原因是光生载流子寿命以及载流子释放速度的限制.在此基础上设计了一种加速释放光生载流子和倍增栽流子的APD应用电路。该电路能够在保持小信号响应幅度不退化的同时,抑制大信号回波导致的饱和现象,使得饱和现象的影响时间缩短到回波激光脉冲宽度,实验结果证明了设计电路的可行性。所做的工作对拓宽激光脉冲测距的近处测距范围有帮助。 The saturation from APD application circuit due to a large-signal pulse laser input was proved in the experiments, due to the lifetime of the carriers and limits from carriers release speed. A novel circuit solution presented in the paper was demonstrated to depress the influence. By means of acceleration the release of both the photon-generated carrier and the avalanche multiplication carrier, the application circuit still met expected level amplitude response from the small signal. The method could be useful to increase the short range detection scope of laser range finder.
