摘要
用合成的新试剂3,5-二溴-4-二甲氨基过溴化物苯基荧光酮作显色剂,以分光光度法测定微量锆。在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,0.4mol/LHCl介质中,试剂与锆形成1:4的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长在530nm处,锆含量在0~10μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.25×105L·mol-1·cm-1.方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,已用于铝合金样品中微量锆的测定,获得满意的结果。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of zirconium with a new reagent [(3,5-dibromo-4-dimet- bylamino)perbromide]phenylfluorone is described.In the prescence of CTMAB, Zr(Ⅳ)reacts with DBDMBPF and CTMAB in 0.4mol/L HCl medium to form a 1:4 red complex with maximum absorption at 530nm. The molar absorptivity being 1.25 ×105L·mol-1·cm-1, Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg/25ml. The method has been applied to determination of Zr(Ⅳ) in aluminium alloys with satisfactory results.
