摘要
东汽1000MW机组是东汽-日立联合设计的机组,现已批量生产。原设计的盘车装置由日立负责,采用国外专业厂家产品,仅有外供总图。目前投运机组和在制机组的盘车装置均为日本进口,受价格和周期因素,已严重影响生产配套及经济效益。由于盘车装置无设计图纸,不能自行组织生产制造。为了改变这种局面,必须自主研究开发1000MW机组盘车装置,以解决1000MW机组盘车装置配套和长期依靠国外进口的问题。本文就1000MW机组盘车装置研究设计作一介绍。
Dongfang 1 000 MW steam turbine is designed by Dongfang and Hitachi. It is manufactured in batch now. The turning gear was earilier designed by Hitachi, using the product of specialized manufacturer overseas. No drawings could be used for manufacture except for assembly drawing of turning gear, so upto now all the turning gears used are purchased from Japan. As the high markup and long delivery period, the economic benefit and complete production set of our company are severely influenced. In order to change this situation, the turning gear must to be researched and designed independently so that we can solve the problem of depending on import. This article introduces how to research and design 1 000 MW T-G unit turning gear inependently.
