硫化氢制氢工艺中脱硫技术的对比研究

摘要 针对硫化氢制氢工艺中的脱硫技术,研究比较了死端过滤、错流过滤和旋流强化错流的过滤通量和过滤压力的变化以及反冲效果,分析比较了不同过滤方式以及操作参数对脱硫效果的影响。得出采用旋流过滤方式脱硫能够获得较好的分离效果,符合工艺要求。 The separation technology for sulfur in the process of transforming refinery acid tail gas into sulfur and hydrogen is studied in this paper, and dead-end filtration, cross-flow filtration and circumrotating-flow enhancing filtration are compared with each other in variation of filtration flux and pressure as well as back washing effect. The separation effect of the three different filtration modes and their operation parameters demonstrated that circumrotating-flow enhancing filtration has the best separation effect and better application foreground.
