凝析油处理装置侧线生产工艺技术改造 被引量:1

摘要 针对天然气处理厂溶剂油装置的侧三线负压闪蒸工艺在运行过程中出现了较多问题,操作困难,系统难以正常投用,直接导致了侧三线产品的闪点低、产品不合格等问题,有针对性地开展了工艺路线的优选,对产品的物性进行了分析试验,核实计算了汽提气的用量,采用模拟软件计算了汽提塔的工艺操作参数,通过对生产装置现场布置情况的勘察,改变了换热流程,实现了产品自流和装置的连续平稳操作运行,降低了产品损耗,解决了轻组分直接由火炬放空而污染大气的问题。 As time goes on, a series of problems emerged in the 3rd side cut vacuum flash evaporation process in solvent oil unit at Natural Gas Processing Factory of Zhongyuan Oil Field. For example, the 3rd side cut product is off-spec because of low flash point. The product has to be sold at lower price, and gas discharged from the unit creates losses in petroleum products and pollutes the atmosphere. A lot of work has been done in order to solve these problems, such as selecting optimal process routes, analyzing the physical properties of product, calculating the consumption of stripping steam, using simulation software to optimize operation parameters, and optimizing the process, etc. Detailed transformation plan was finally made, according to which the natural gas oil unit is modified. Now the unit is operated stably, the product loss is reduced, and the flash point of product meets the target.
