摘要
随着常压低温储运技术的逐渐成熟,越来越多的企业不再建设炼油、乙烯装置,而采取直接购买液化天然气、液化乙烯和液化丙烯等化工原料,用于下游化工装置的生产。目前,国内低温储存装置通常选用泡沫玻璃和硬制聚氨酯泡沫塑料双层异材保冷结构。文章结合工程实例,探讨保冷结构设计的注意事项,选择适当的低温管道保冷绝热材料及结构,以满足低温储运装置安全生产和节约投资的要求。
As atmospheric pressure of cryogenic storage technologies matured, more and more enterprises directly purchase liquefied natural gas, ethylene, propylene and other chemical raw materials for downstream chemical plant production instead of building refining units and ethylene plants. At present, domestic low-temperature storage plants usually adopt foam-glass and polyurethane composite structure. Combined with engineering examples, this article discusses the structural design of pipeline cold-insulation and selects appropriate cold-insulation materials and structures for cryogenic pipelines to meet the requirements of safe production and lower investment.
