摘要
以叔胺化树枝状聚酰胺基胺为核,通过光引发自由基聚合制备了具有不同支臂数(4,8,16)的树核星形聚丙烯酰胺(DSPAM)。研究DSPAM在NaCl水溶液中的稀溶液性质时发现,特性黏数([η])相同时,DSPAM的Huggins系数(KH)比线型聚丙烯酰胺大,溶剂化DSPAM的分子体积也较大;随溶液中NaCl浓度的增加,不同支臂数DSPAM的[η]、扩张因子(α)和体积相关参数(VE)增大,KH呈无规律性波动,形状因子(υ)变化较小;α和VE在不同的NaCl浓度下均随DSPAM支臂数的增多而减小,支臂数为16时DSPAM的υ最接近2.5,此时DSPAM分子的在溶液中的构象也最接近球状。用原子力显微镜观察支臂数为16的DSPAM在水中的微观结构基本呈现球状。
Dendrimer-star polyacrylatnide(DSPAM) with different number of arms(4,8,16) were synthesized by photoinitiated free radical polymerization with ( tertiary amine )-terminated poly (amidoamine) dendrimers as cores. Dilute solution behavior of the synthesized DSPAM in NaCI solution was studied. When keeping intrinsic viscosity ([ η ] ) of DSPAM same as linear poly acrylamide (LPAM), both Huggins constant (K,) and volume of solvated DSPAM are larger than that of LPAM. With increasing NaCl concentration, [ η], expansion ratio (α) and volume related parameter( VE) of DSPAM with different number of arms increase accordingly, but the values of KH fluctuate irregularly. On the other hand, with different NaCl concentrations the largest α and VE decrease with increment of arms of DSPAM. When arm number of DSPAM is 16, shape factor(v) is almost close to 2.5 and shape of DSPAM macromolecules in solution is almost close to spherical. Atomic force microscope was used to study the microstructure of DSPAM with 16 arms and the result confirmed that the shape was close to spherical.
