摘要
通过对应力吸收层沥青混合料低温抗裂、高温车辙、水稳定性能及抗疲劳性能的试验研究,表明其具有良好的路用性能。低温弯曲试验表明,应力吸收层在-10℃低温的最大弯拉应变和抗弯拉强度在4000~6000衅和12~14MPa之间,满足应力吸收层抗反射裂缝需要的变形和强度要求。浸水马歇尔稳定度和冻融劈裂试验表明,应力吸收层混合料的水稳性能良好。UTM-25试验表明,含应力吸收层的复合沥青加铺层路面具有优异的抗疲劳性能。Hamburg车辙试验表明,应力吸收层没有降低沥青加铺层路面结构的整体抗车辙能力。
The good service performance of stress absorption interlayer, including cracking in low temperature, rutting in high temperature, stability in water and fatigue resistance, was tested. The result of bending testing in - 10℃ low temperature indicates that the maximal flexural-tensile strain and strength of stress absorption interlayer are between 4 000 με and 6 000 με and between 12 MPa and 14 MPa respectively, which can meet the requirements of material' s deformation and strength for anti-reflective cracking. The results of Marshall stability test in water and freeze-thaw splitting strength test show that the stress absorption interlayer mixture's stability in water is well. UTM-25 test indicates that the fatigue resistance of the pavement which has stress absorption interlayer is excellent. Hamburg rutting test indicates that stress absorption interlayer has not reduced the whole rutting resistance of the asphalt pavement.
