摘要
以健康牙鲆为试验动物,对其注射氨苯砜和氯唑沙宗2种探针药物,采用RP-HPLC法测定其血浆中氨苯砜和氯唑沙宗的浓度。结果表明,RP-HPLC测定方法专属性强、操作简便,能在11 min内将2种探针药物有效分离。
With the healthy flounder as the tested animals, they injected with 2 kinds of probe drugs such as dapsone and chlorzoxazone. The concn, of dapsone and chlorzoxazone in plasma of flounder were determined by RP-HPLC method. The results showed that the RP-HPLC method had strong specificity with simple operation, by which the 2 probe drugs could be effectively separated in 11 min.
