摘要 [目的]研究喜树根际和内生真菌的多样性及与喜树的关系。[方法]对贵州大学校园内喜树的根际和内生真菌进行分离鉴定并进行比较分析。[结果]结果表明,分离得到的根际真菌分属于5个科,9个属;内生真菌分属于8个科,9个属。[结论]喜树根际和内生真菌存在丰富的多样性和一定的相关性。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the diversity of rhizoophere fungi and endophytic fungi of Camptothecaa cuminta Decne..[ Method ] Rhizosphere fungi and endophytic fungi of C. cuminata Decne. on campus of Guizhou University were isolated and identified,then being analysized comparatively. [ Result ] The results showed that rhizosphere fungi obtained belonged to 5 families,9 gengra. Endophytic fungi obtained belonged to 8 families, 9 gengra. [Conclusion]There was abundant diversity and certain correlation between the two groups of fungi.
