摘要
[目的]探索饥饿对胡子鲇血液生理生化指标的影响。[方法]测定饥饿组与对照组胡子鲇的血液生理生化指标。[结果]随着饥饿时间的延长,胡子鲇血液中红细胞数降低;血红蛋白先升高后降低,饥饿15 d达到最高,为(9.12±0.26)g/100ml;而白细胞数和红细胞脆性均增加。饥饿组胡子鲇的血糖、血脂、血清蛋白等物质的浓度均低于对照组。胡子鲇在饥饿时先利用血糖,其次是血脂,最后才是血清蛋白。[结论]丰富了硬骨鱼类血液学的内容,也为完善胡子鲇养殖技术提供了基础资料。
[Objective] The resarch aimed to discuss the effects of starvation on blood physiological and biochemical indices in Clarias fuscus. [Method] The blood physiological and biochemical indices in C. fuscus in starvation group and control group were determined. [Result] With the prolonging of starvation time, RBC nuraber in the blood of C. fuscus decreased. Hb number first increased and then decreased and reached the maximum, being (9.12 ± 0.26) g/100 ml. However, both WBC number and RBC brittleness increased. The concentration of such substances as blood sugar, blood lipid and albumin in C. fuscus in starvation group were lower than that in control group. C. fuscus in starvation first used blood sugar, followed by blood lipid and the next was alburain. [Conclusion] The research enriched the content of teleostean hematology and provided fundamental data for perfecting theculture technologies of C. fuscus.
