摘要
论述了大直径超长钢管桩成套技术的主要研究成果:采用变壁厚螺旋焊管技术和厚壁螺旋缝高速自动埋弧焊工艺,实现了高速优质地制造钢管桩;采用三层复合结构熔结环氧涂层和牺牲阳极阴极保护工艺,确保钢管桩防腐蚀性能;投入大型打桩船,对打桩锤进行合理选型,建立GPS-RTK参考站系统,解决了沉桩施工难题。通过工程试桩证明沉桩质量可靠。
The set complete of technologies for the marine steel-pipe piles are proposed. Spiral pipe welding technology of changed wall thickness and high-speed automatic hidden arc welding process of thick-walled spiral seam are applied to rapid high-quality fabrication of the steel-pipe piles, and clinkering epoxy coating of three-layer composite structure and cathode protection method of sacrificial anode are used to ensure corrosion protection performance of the steel pipe piles. Based on application of large-sized pile-sinking barge, proper selection of pile-sinking hammer and establishment of GPS-RTK reference station system, problems of pile-sinking construction are successfully dealed with. Test piles prove reliability of pile-sinking quality.
