摘要
运用常规溶剂体系制备了含氟丙烯酸酯树脂,研究了含氟丙烯酸聚合物的影响因素,用红外光谱表征了树脂的结构,制膜后进行耐酸、耐水和耐碱性能的测定,找出了树脂性能与氟单体用量、功能单体用量之间的关系。结果表明:混合溶剂体系的转化率高于单一溶剂体系,最高可以达到99.8%;混合溶剂合成的树脂无论是耐水、耐酸、耐碱性均优于单一溶剂合成的树脂,甲苯+乙酸乙酯+乙醇性能最优;氟单体的加入大大改善了树脂的性能。
Fluoroacrylic resin was prepared using a commonly used solvents system, and the influencing factor of fluoroacrylic polymer was researched.The structure of the resin was attributed by infrared spectrum, and the acid proof, water resistant, the kali resistivity performance of it was tested, through which the relationship between fluorine monomer amount, functional monomer amount and the resin properties was discovered.The testing results showed that, the conversion rate of mixed solvents system, which could reach 99.8%, was higher than that of single solvent system, the acid proof, water resistant, the kali resistivity properties of the resin made with mixed solvents was better than that made with single solvent, the properties made with toluene+acetic acid+ethanol solvents system was the best, and the addition of fluorine monomer greatly improved the properties of the resin.
