摘要
针对单线圈单稳态永磁接触器,分析其工作原理,建立数学模型,对不同温度下其静态和动态特性进行仿真研究。首先,建立ANSYS有限元模型,进行不同温度下永磁吸力和线圈磁链的静态仿真;其次,建立Matlab动态仿真模型,仿真不同温度和不同合闸相角时合闸过程动态性能,并分析了仿真结果。该研究有助于提高永磁接触器的工作性能。
Aiming at the single-coil and single-stable position contaetor with permanent magnetic actuator, its working principle was analyzed, mathematic model was built, and its static and dynamic characteristics under different temperature were simulated and researched. Firstly, ANSYS finite element model was built and the static simulation of permanent magnetic force and coil flux was carried out under different temperature. Secondly, Matlab dynamic simulation model was built, the dynamic characteristics in closing process under different temperature and phase angles was simulated, and the result was analyzed. This research is useful for improving the working performance of permanent magnetic contactor.
