摘要
采用保留外耳道后壁乳突切除与鼓室成形术治疗非胆脂瘤型慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者１０７例（１１０耳），经过１年以上随访观察，既清除病变获得干耳，又提高了听力。认为该术式适用于长期保守治疗无效的非胆脂瘤型慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎患者，讨论了术中注意的问题。
In this study,107 cases (110 ears) chronic suppurative otitis media without cholesteatoma were treated by combined approach tympanoplasty.After followup of 1 year and upwards,not only dry ears but also hearing gains were obtained.The results suggested that combined approach tympanoplasty was a good method for the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media without cholesteatoma that were intractable with conservative nonsurgery treatment.The problems that needed much attention were discussed in the paper.
