摘要
韩国一贯奉行出口导向型的经济发展战略，在其加入世贸组织后，积极构筑本国的技术性贸易措施体系，运用符合国际惯例和顺应世界经济发展潮流的非关税壁垒——技术性贸易壁垒，在扩大出口的同时来保护本国产业不受外来产品的冲击。相对工业品而言，韩国在农产品方面的技术性贸易措施显得更为严格细致，这是与韩国农业比较薄弱密切相关的。
Korea pursues economic development strategy of export orientation all along, pays attention to learning experience of western developed country, and constructs TBT system fearfully.The article summarizes and estimates Korea＇s TBT system form, criterion and measures, analyzes the development strend of Korea; TBT system, and finds out the mature experience that deserves deep considering and reference.
