摘要
采用合理的变压边力技术,可以有效地减小回弹对弯曲件形状精度的影响。应用正交试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,对客车转向架H梁侧板构件的变压边力曲线进行了优化设计,并通过试验对所选优化点的可靠性进行了验证。结果表明,优化点的获取方法可行、合理,基于最优关键点控制的变压边力曲线的应用,能有效地减小回弹。
Reasonable VBHF technology is an effective method to eliminate springback of bend part. An optimization design for varied blank holder force curve of H girder on high-speed carriage bogie is proposed. It combines orthogonal experiment design and numerical simulation. The reliability of the optimal points is verified by trial. The result indicates that the obtained method of the optimal points is reasonable and feasible. Application of VBHF curve based on the control of best key point can reduce spring-back effectively.
