摘要
基于不锈钢板冷弯成型和回弹过程的数值模拟,研究了各向异性屈服准则Hill和YLD89对不锈钢板冷弯成型模拟的影响。模拟结果与试验值的比较表明,屈服准则YLD89较适用于不锈钢板的冷弯成型模拟。
The FEM simulation of spring-back of stainless steel sheet's cold-roll forming process is investigated using anisotropic yield functions (Hill, YLD89), and comparing the results with the experiments data. As expected, the YLD89 yield function is more suitable than Hill in FEM simulation for stainless steel sheet's cold-roll forming process.
