摘要 以栽培黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgi)内生真菌菌株SBO23为试验菌株,以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli),枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),深红酵母(Rhodotorula rubra)为指示菌,研究了不同发酵条件对菌株SBO23抑菌活性的影响.结果表明,抑菌活性最佳的碳源为葡萄糖,氮源为胰蛋白胨,需氧量为120 r/m转速条件下,装液量70 mL/250mL,起始pH8.0,温度24℃,发酵培养8 d时,抑菌效果最好. A strain of endophytic fungus SBO23, which was isolated from cultivated ScuteUaria baicalensis Georgi, was used in this experiment. The inhibitory activity test to three species of microbe ( Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Rhodotorula rubra ) were conducted to research. The objective was to explored the effects of differmt fermentation conditions on anti- microbe activity of endophytic fungus SBO23. The optimal condition for SBO23 possessed high anti-microbe activity were as following: sucrose and starch were suitable C source, Tryptone was the suitable N source, a 120 r/min shake revolutions with 70 mL medium in 250 mL flask, culture temperature 34 ℃, initial pH8.0 and culture time 8 days, the diameter of inhibition zone was the longest.
