ERCP术后并发穿孔三例 被引量：5

摘要 例1 患者男，50岁。因上腹痛3d于2004年9月16日入院。入院体检：体温36．7℃，脉搏70次／min，血压130／90mmHg，皮肤巩膜无黄染，浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。腹平软，腹壁未见曲张静脉，未见胃肠型和蠕动波，中上腹及右上腹压痛，无反跳痛及肌卫，肝脾肋下未及，肝区叩击痛阴性，Murphy’s征（±），全腹未触及明显包块，移动性浊音阴性，肠鸣音4次／min，双肾区叩痛阴性。
