摘要
一体化监控指挥平台(iCentroView)是根据我国大型工程集中监控指挥的发展现状和要求而设计,集信息采集、监视、控制、调度为一体的软件平台。视频监控系统是iCentroView软件平台的重要组成部分。根据系统需求,设计实现了视频监控系统,能够很好地部署于iCentroView软件平台,同时通过系统扩展,可部署于其他监控指挥平台,也可独立运行进行视频监控。
The integrated surveillance and command platform （iCentroView） was designed based on the demands and status quo of the integrated surveillance and command of large-scale engineering projects in China. It is a software platform for integrating information, supervision, control and scheduling. The video surveillance system is an important component of the iCentroView soft-ware platform. The video surveillance system was designed to satisfy the system＇ s demands, and made them deployed successfully on the iCentroView software platform. Besides, by means of the system extension, the video surveillance system can deploy other surveillance and command platforms. It can also be used to perform video surveillance independently.
