摘要
将Vague集理论引入燃煤锅炉结渣的评判中,同时采用距离意义下相似度量新方法对4台运行锅炉进行了评判.结果表明:这种新的锅炉评判方法是合理可行的,与通常模式识别方法相比,此方法所得数据结果能使现场运行人员较容易得出当前运行锅炉的结渣状况,并能较好地消除干扰因素的影响.另外,笔者开发的在线评判系统不仅能对锅炉结渣状况进行实时监视,而且还具有扩充样本锅炉数据库和对数据结果进行有效处理的功能.
Applying Vague sets (values) theory and distance measures of similarity, a new method was developed to determine slagging state of four running coal-fired boilers. Results show that the new method is reasonable and feasible. Compared with the normal method of Pattern-recognition, according to the obtained data by this method, operators can predict and determine slagging more easily and avoid disturbance effectively. This on-line determining system not only can monitor slagging situation real time, but also can expand boiler sample data and dispose data availably.
