摘要
在应用型人才培养过程中,实习是极为重要的实践性教学环节。湖南理工学院根据计算机类专业的实习特点,建立了校内实习基地。在实习基地规划环节,注意优化实习基地配置;在实习教学实施环节,注意合理设置实习项目,规范实习过程;在实习基地管理环节,注意提高指导教师素质,增加开放程度。通过近年来的基地建设和实习教学实施,切实提高了学生的实践动手能力和工程素质,提高了实习基地管理水平。
During the process of training applied talents, practice is a very important link of practice teaching. According to the practice characteristics of specialties like computer science and technology, Inside-school practice base are established. Attention is paid to the optimization of configuration in the step of base planning; Much importance is attached to setting practice items and criterion of practice teaching in the step of implement; Attention is paid to teacher＇s quality and to the opening degree in the step of management. Through base construction and implementation of practice teaching in recent years, we have improved the ability of practice and engineering quality of students, and enhanced the level of management.
