摘要
目的研究阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法将60例ACI患者随机分为阿托伐他汀组(30例)和常规治疗组(30例)。阿托伐他汀组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀20mg,每日1次,连续服用14d。在治疗前后检测血清hs-CRP和NO含量,并进行神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)评定。结果治疗14d时两组血清hs-CRP水平均较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.01),且阿托伐他汀组较常规治疗组下降明显(P<0.01);两组血清NO水平较治疗前明显升高(均P<0.01),且阿托伐他汀组较常规治疗组升高明显(P<0.05);两组NDS评分较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.01),且阿托伐他汀组较常规治疗组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能明显降低ACI患者血清hs-CRP水平,升高NO水平;有助于ACI患者的神经功能恢复。
Objective To study the effect of Atorvastatin on the level of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and nitric oxide(NO) in patients with acute cerebral infartion(ACI).Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into the Atorvastatin therapy group ( n = 30 ) and the conventional therapy group ( n = 30). At the basic of conventional therapy, the Atorvastatin therapy group was treated with Atorvastatin 20 mg/d. Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days. The levels of serum hs-CRP and NO Were measured and the scores of neurological deficit (NDS) were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP in both two groups after 14 d treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment ( all P 〈 0. 01) , and the level of serum hs-CRP in Atorvastatin therapy group was significantly lower than that in conventional therapy group (P〈0.01). The serum levels of NO in both two groups after treatment were significantly, higher than those before treatment ( all P 〈 0. 01 ), and the level of serum NO in Atorvastatin therapy:group was;significantly higher than that in conventional therapy group( P〈 0. 05 ). NDS of both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the scores of Atorvastatin therapy group were significantly lower than those of conventional therapy group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Atorvastatin can significantly decrease the level of Serum hs-CRP and elevate the serum level of NO, and it can promote the neurological fuction recovery in the patients with ACI.
