摘要 一、病例摘要 病例1,男性,31岁。因口干、恶心、呕吐4天急诊入院。4天前剧烈运动后大量出汗,次日口干,恶心、呕吐,呕出胃内容物2次,伴全身乏力,无腹痛、腹泻、胸痛、气急、发热、腰痛等,近期无消瘦。既往体健,无糖尿病史及家族史。急诊查血白细胞27.7×10^9/L;血尿素氮20.4mmol/L,肌酐230μmol/L;K^+7.3mmol/L,Na^+137mmol/L,Cl^-93mmol/L;
