摘要
目前肝纤维化动物模型的造模方法较多,其中四氯化碳造模是最常用的肝毒物诱导法,此文就四氯化碳致大鼠肝纤维化模型的原理、方法及对比研究的近况进行综述。
Animal models of hepatic fibrosis model have a good many ways, in which carbon tetrachloride model is the most common liver poison-induced method. Carbon tetrachloride-induced liver fibrosis in rat model of the principles, methods and contrast recent research are summarized in this article.
