摘要
研究了外源NO供体SNP对Cd胁迫下辣椒种子萌发的影响。结果表明:用100μmol/L SNP处理辣椒种子能在一定程度上提高Cd胁迫下辣椒幼苗SOD、CAT、POD的活性,降低其MDA含量,从而缓解了Cd胁迫对辣椒种子萌发率及其胚根、胚轴生长的抑制。
The effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP, an exogenous nitric oxide donor) on the seed germination of pepper under cadmium stress were studied. The results showed that the activity of SOD, CAT and POD were increased, MDA contents were decreased in pepper seedlings under cadmium stress by 100μmol/L SNP to treat pepper seeds. Accordingly, the inhibition of cadmium stress to seeds germination, growth of radicels and hypocotyls could be alleviated.
