摘要
给出了一种无创血氧监测系统实现方法。该系统采用ADμC7026产生周期脉冲信号控制驱动电路驱动两个不同工作波长的发光二极管(波长分别为660nm和940nm)分时发光,由作为跨导放大器的AD8606将接收到的透射光耦合电流信号转换为电压信号,并经进一步放大后,由ADμC7026内部集成的ADC完成数据采集。通过计算两种波长的吸光度比值R,进而确定人体的血氧饱和度。实验表明,该系统的无创血氧饱和度监测效果良好。
In this paper, we presented a non-invasive blood-oxygen monitor with ADI ICs. The LED driving circuit controlled by ADμC7026 drives the two LEDs with different wave-length (one is 660nm and the other is 940nm) periodically. The current coupled by the received light transmitting through the body was converted to the voltage signal by a trans-impedance amplifier based on AD8606. This signal was amplified further and was sampled by ADCs integrated in ADμC7026. The percentage of Hb02 was measured by calculating the absorbing ratio R. The experiment result shows that the ADI inside non-invasive blood-oxygen monitor works well.
